In cases of detention, guarded-centre placement (strzeżony ośrodek dla cudzoziemców) and return decisions, hours matter. Call, write to us on WhatsApp, or fill in the form — we also answer at night and on weekends.
How to prepare for contact
- the details of the person concerned (first name, surname, date of birth, nationality),
- the place and date of detention, or the date the decision was served,
- photos of the decision, the court's order, or other documents — all pages,
- information about residence documents: visa, residence card, entry stamp,
- information about family in Poland, employment and health condition.
Availability
On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Urgent cases are handled first.
